Mr. Gregory has responded to spills on both the east and west coasts throughout his career. Mr. Gregory joined the O’Brien’s team in 2003.

Mr. Stanton's most recent assignment was Sector Commander and Federal On-Scene Coordinator in New Orleans, where he also acted as the Incident Commander in Houma, LA, for the BP Deepwater Horizon response.
