(O'Brien’sRM), Vessel Services Division can help you meet the many regulatory
requirements for vessels trading in U.S. waters, ranging from financial guarantees
and vessel response plan preparation to construction and operating standards.
Our vessel services are designed to facilitate a trouble free first port call to
U.S. waters. We can develop the necessary documentation to prepare your
vessel to enter U.S. waters in full compliance. We also offer a wide variety
of services including arranging Certificates of Financial Responsibility, Vessel
Response Plan preparation, EPA Vessel General Permit compliance, as well as arranging
special OSRO and AMPD coverage.
Through exacting preventive audits and inspections conducted by former U.S. Coast
Guard personnel or Master Mariners, we will ensure that your vessels are in compliance
before they are boarded by the U.S. Coast Guard. We will provide recommendations,
as well as liaison services, to assist owners and operators with meeting federal
- and in some cases state and local - regulations. These valuable services
will help keep your vessels in operation and avoid costly delays.
In addition, we offer services to ensure compliance during routine port calls.
